Meakins Law Offices was a tenant infill design focused on updating and refreshing the existing offices spaces, as well as interiors layout and addition of 2 new offices spaces. Other work included visualization through digital modeling to help the client better understand use cases within the spaces and kitchenette remodel. The Digital model was later useful in subsequent design studies.

De-formalizing: The client prioritized making some of the otherwise formal spaces, less formal. An example of this was keeping the function of the conference room intact, while adding living room-like lounge and social space within the same room. 

Light and Bright: The client wanted light, bright, and uncluttered - a clean and refreshing space for clients dealing with unpleasant issues and circumstances: A breath of fresh air.
