Key work included BIM / VDC management on over 30+ projects ranging from data centers, and downtown San Francisco apartment high-rises to parking garages and small, high-end startup Incubator spaces. Work activity ranged from initial design consultation and illustration to detailed production documents. Other key aspects included facilities management, clash detection and coordination, pull-planning and lean principles, technology innovation and training, business development and marketing, architectural design assistance and project startup. Marketing Work: I was often part of the interview team, including marketing prep, production, and the team interview process. At least 60% of my work was marketing focused, specifically in regards to strategy, visualization, and communication of that strategy. Sustainability Lead Work: I led the Howard S. Wright's LEED education training program, was the in office go-to for LEED/ Sustainability focused issues, and helped with the practical application of LEED principles in the real world built environment. Successful efforts included winning of several LEED focused construction projects and the re-education of dozens individuals within the company.

Position: Architectural Designer
Work: Key work included the master planning, architectural design and marketing for Foris Aqua, a luxury development in Pune, India consisting of vacation villas and a large community center. I had a primary role in the design of 5 of 7 prototype villas, as well as the Foris Aqua Community Center, which provided amenities for the entire development (www.forisaqua.com). Other work consisted of documentation and coordination of tenant infill and lab design for both Pfizer BBC in Mission Bay, and Johnson and Johnson in Fremont, CA. Additional work included BIM modeling and rendering for Abbott Diabetes Care, in Alameda, CA.
